Turtle Conservation Society of Malaysia (TCS)

TCS is the first non-profit organization in Malaysia dedicated to the conservation and recovery of freshwater turtles. Through research programs, education, and public awareness campaigns, TCS works closely with communities to restore habitats and protect eggs.
One focus is on projects in the Kemaman River and Terengganu, where local volunteers, the Terrapin Guardians, are trained. As GSSKL, we support TCS in its efforts to protect endangered turtle species and ensure their future.
Gerai OA
Promoting traditional crafts and strengthening communities: The GSSKL, together with Gerai OA, is a volunteer project that preserves the craftsmanship of Malaysia's indigenous peoples. Gerai OA is a mobile sales project that offers handcrafted products such as baskets and jewelry at local markets. All proceeds go directly to the artisans and their communities, supported by volunteer work and sponsored spaces.
